1. How do I know if there’s a spot open in the crash pad?
If the crash pad product is available to add to your cart, a spot is currently open for purchase.
2. How do I join the waiting list?
Visit the product page and click “Add to Wish List.” This places you on the waitlist.
3. Do I have to pay to be on the waiting list?
No. You are not charged unless a spot is available and you choose to purchase it. Being on the waitlist is free.
4. Will I be notified if a spot becomes available?
We do not have a system in place to automatically notify you when spots open up. We do our best to manually notify interested clients, but this is not a guarantee of your being notified. The only way to know for sure if a spot is available is to attempt to make the purchase — you will know a spot is available when our system allows the purchase to occur.

OVERVIEW
Our all-male crash pad is located in the Penthouse Suite of the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, directly across from LAX. The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath suite includes:
• Full kitchen
• Laundry room with washer/dryer
• Spacious living room areas
• Outdoor “Observation Deck” with runway views
• Shared bedrooms with 5 to 8 twin beds each
Included Hotel Amenities:
• Complimentary airport shuttle
• Daily housekeeping (beds changed daily)
• Fitness center
• Business center
• Pool/spa
• Wi-Fi access

• Introductory Access Fee: $225
• One-Time Network Membership Fee: $50
• Refundable Deposit: $250
Total Due at Sign-Up: $525

MONTHLY ACCESS TIERS
• “Reserve” Tier – Up to 18 nights/month – $385/month
• “Lineholder” Tier – Up to 10 nights/month – $360/month
• “Part-Time” Tier – Up to 5 nights/month – $70 per night (Available only after
1 full month of membership)
• “Drop-In” Tier – 10 or 15 nights/year – $275 or $475 per year (Available only after
3 full months of membership)

OCCUPANCY EXPECTATIONS
This is a commuter crash pad only. It is not for full-time living.
• Use is limited to nights before/after trips or during Reserve days.
• Max 10 nights/month for Lineholder-tier clients
• Max 18 nights/month for Reserve-tier clients
• Max 5 nights/month for Part-Time-tier clients
• “Modified Hot-Bunk” concept: Use any available bed each time you check in; beds are
changed daily by hotel housekeeping
• More clients than beds: If no bed is available upon arrival, the hotel will place you in a
separate room at our expense.

EXTENDED STORAGE POLICY
• When absent from the crash pad you are permitted to store one roll-aboard-sized suitcase in the designated storage alcove.
• No belongings may be left in the bedrooms or shared areas when absent from the pad.

START DATE & BILLING POLICY
• Your initial payment of $525 covers access from your start date through the end of that same month:
• $250 Introductory Rate
• $50 One-time Network Membership Fee
• $150 Refundable Security Deposit
• No proration applied for partial-month access — intro rate is already discounted.
~ Example:
Start date = October 22nd → Pay $525 for access from October 22nd through October
31st → Auto-draft on Oct 27th for November’s fee (e.g., $385 or $360).
If you prefer to avoid paying for partial-month access, select the 1st of the
following month as your start date.
Exception: If you designate a start date on or after the 27th, your payment covers
the rest of the current month AND the full next month. Your next auto-draft will
then occur on the 27th of the following month.
• On the 27th of each month, your card will be auto-drafted for the following month’s rate:
• “Reserve” tier (max 18 nights/month): $385
• “Lineholder” tier (max 10 nights/month): $360
• “Part-Time” tier (1–5 nights/month): $70 per night ($70 to $350 per month)
