1. How do I know if there’s a spot open in the crash pad?
If the crash pad product is available to add to your cart, a spot is currently open for purchase.
2. How do I join the waiting list?
Visit the product page and click “Add to Wish List.” This places you on the waitlist.
3. Do I have to pay to be on the waiting list?
No. You are not charged unless a spot is available and you choose to purchase it. Being on the waitlist is free.
4. Will I be notified if a spot becomes available?
We do not have a system in place to automatically notify you when spots open up. We do our best to manually notify interested clients, but this is not a guarantee of your being notified. The only way to know for sure if a spot is available is to attempt to make the purchase — you will know a spot is available when our system allows the purchase to occur.

FEES & RATE STRUCTURE
Initial Sign-Up (First Month or Partial Month): $450 Total
• $250 Introductory Rate
• $50 One-time Network Membership Fee
• $150 Refundable Security Deposit
Ongoing Monthly Rate Options:
• “Reserve” tier (max 18 nights/month): $375
• “Lineholder” tier (max 10 nights/month): $350
• “Part-Time” tier (1-5 nights/month): $65 per night
• “Drop-In” tier (available after 3+ months of full membership):
• $275/year – up to 10 nights
• $475/year – up to 15 nights

CRASH PAD POLICIES
• This is a true commuter crash pad, not full-time housing.
• Use is limited to nights before/after trips and days/nights on Reserve
• No personal belongings may be left behind between stays.
• Stay limits:
• “Reserve”: 18 nights/month
• “Lineholder”: 10 nights/month
• “Part-Time”: 5 nights/month
• If the pad is full when you arrive, the hotel will provide an alternate room at no cost.

COVID-19 SERVICE NOTICE
Due to potential hotel, local, or federal COVID-19 regulations, some amenities (e.g., breakfast, shuttle, housekeeping) may be modified or unavailable. Contact the hotel directly for current status of services.

BILLING DETAILS
• Your initial payment of $450 covers access from your start date through the end
of that month:
• $250 Introductory Rate
• $50 One-time Network Membership Fee
• $150 Refundable Security Deposit
• No proration applied for partial-month access — intro rate is already discounted.
~ Example:
Start date = October 22nd → Pay $450 for access from October 22nd through October
31st → Auto-draft on Oct 27th for November’s fee (e.g., $375 or $350).
If you prefer to avoid paying for partial-month access, select the 1st of the following month as your start date.
Exception: If you designate a start date on or after the 27th, your payment covers the rest of the current month AND the full next month. Your next auto-draft will then occur on the 27th of the following month.
• On the 27th of each month, your card will be auto-drafted for the following
month’s rate:
• “Reserve” tier (max 18 nights/month): $375
• “Lineholder” tier (max 10 nights/month): $350
